[Herb cleaning machine production line]
Main application
This production line consists of one conveyor, one rotary sieving machine, one pick table and one set of dust collector system. This production line can be used for the screening & cleaning of the original medicinal materials, semi-finished products, aromatic & n, dust removal, will be the end of the sediment in the medicinal materials, fine, dust is separated from medicinal plants.Also can carry on the classification of the size of the herb slices.
Working principle
Herb Materials transported into the rotary cylinder by conveyor, material under the condition of the roller rotate with the cylinder body threw up specific spiral guiding system and sediment of dust on the material between the material, the material and the intersection of the body drops, big proportion of particles, such as stones, sediment drops into dust collection box, raising dust collected by dust collection system. After purification, the cleaned medicinal materials will be discharge out. The sieves can be made as customized.
